I´ve ordered on january, 21 and it was not shipped yet. It is not clear on the site which usps shippment method is used for international orders. Is it possible to track my order? Also, it´s hard to contact you using the email contact@staticstretcher.com.

International First Class is used. We can provide you with a tracking number which you can use on your end with your local Customs office. We received your email a couple of days ago and responded. Have you not received the response?

I´ve received your email. It was said that my order would be shipped on wednesday, but it wasn´t. I´ve checked my paypal account a few minutes ago and it didn´t show any order shippment. Please, when will my order be shipped?

I´ve placed a new oder last friday. IS it possible to ship it via USPS Global Priority. Also, I would like to buy 3 static press vacs. I tried to contact you about these subjects via email but I didn´t have an answer. Please contact me via email and send me the related data and total cost in such a way that I can do the ransfer via paypal.
