I´ve ordered on january, 21 and it was not shipped yet. It is not clear on the site which usps shippment method is used for international orders. Is it possible to track my order? Also, it´s hard to contact you using the email contact@staticstretcher.com.

International First Class is used. We can provide you with a tracking number which you can use on your end with your local Customs office. We received your email a couple of days ago and responded. Have you not received the response?

I´ve received your email. It was said that my order would be shipped on wednesday, but it wasn´t. I´ve checked my paypal account a few minutes ago and it didn´t show any order shippment. Please, when will my order be shipped?

I´ve placed a new oder last friday. IS it possible to ship it via USPS Global Priority. Also, I would like to buy 3 static press vacs. I tried to contact you about these subjects via email but I didn´t have an answer. We have a new email system and it's turning out to be a piece of garbage. It assumes too many emails are SPAM.

Please re-send your email with the word "Order" in the subject line.

I´ve completed the payment via paypal this afternoon. It concerns a fastest shippment method and some spare parts. I´m writing this here because of your email system problem. I emailed a while back to order several items but no response.

I know you are efficient so it must be the email account.

I wanted to get some more rubber plugs and the clear stretchy sleeves for the heavy duty vac.
