| The Static Concept: Stress/Relaxation
The Static Stretcher System works on the principles of Static Progressive Stretching (SPS). SPS is a Stress/Relaxation technique using splinted tension without the use of spring-loading. This is the preferred method for lengthening soft tissue with limited pliability because it has been proven to quickly stimulate growth in these tissues.
SPS lends itself to lengthening the soft tissues of the penis perfectly - and has been widely discussed among Penis Enlargement (PE) enthusiasts for years. However, until the invention of the Static Stretcher System, nothing has been able to hold the penis gently yet firmly enough in order to accommodate SPS - and not cause injuries.
Note that the Static Stretcher System's use of SPS is not to be confused with SPS techniques used for body joints or bone distraction. Due to the obvious differences, some techniques described by SPS literature cannot be applied to the soft and delicate tissues of the penis.

SPS promotes permanent tissue elongation through static low-force, prolonged duration stretch. This is the best method to work within the physiological limits of the dense connective tissue of the penis to synthesize new tissue in order to achieve permanent, healthy elongation. |

This occurs by remodeling and orienting new collagen in the direction of the static low-force stress. Gradual opening of the tissue in this manner eliminates the risk of fiber-tearing and tissue-weakening as well as preventing the tissue from secreting “trauma response” chemicals which lead to toughening. While the Static Stretcher System creates permanent, non-traumatic tissue elongation it also virtually eliminates the rebound effect inherent with spring-loaded splinting. This translates to making every hour spent wearing the Static Stretcher System a useful stretch hour.
It should be noted however, that the medium and heavy-duty devices can be used either as Stress/Relaxation devices or as high-tension devices.

The Penis Is Quite Different
Also noteworthy, is that the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) clinical trials have strict guidelines which must be met in order to qualify as a real clinical trial. To date, there are no clinical trials listed with the FDA or any equivalent European Agency using any penis extending device.
And lastly, many other device makers promote their products using CE certificates. Please be aware that Class 1 CE Certification isn’t an approval of any device for its manufactured purpose. The following statement from the EU Council Directive says it all:
In other words, no third-party independent review has been performed on the device or the manufacturer’s claims. The manufacturer self-certifies and self-signs the certificate.

And Now a Word About Springs and Spring-Loading
Spring-loading is a stretching technique known as Dynamic Splinting. A spring-loaded device introduces tension by being connected or forced between two points on the body. Springs are then used to push the two points away from each other.
When performed in a controlled clinical setting it has its merits, but user-applied Dynamic Splinting can result in injury or simply wasted time. Dynamic Splinting has been used to increase Range-of-Motion in damaged joints. The makers of spring-loaded penis traction devices have extrapolated the idea to Penis Enlargement. If used properly it can work, but “using it properly” is also different for everyone. Real Dynamic Splints are initially adjusted by an Orthopedic surgeon or Injury Rehabilitation expert on a case-by-case basis. They are also used between two bones - to provide solid anchoring for the spring tension.
A well-known adverse effect of Dynamic Splinting is the ever-increasing constriction of blood vessels and reduction of lymph flow. It is common to experience coldness, blueing, pain and numbness with Dynamic Splinting.

 |
Health-Care workers know these issues lead patients to shy away from wearing Dynamic Splints. This is also true for spring-loaded penis traction devices. |

 |
A quick Google search for “Static Stretch” finds numerous real medical studies, totaling thousands of people, which document Static Stretching as more effective than Dynamic Splinting.
Therefore the Negative Side-Effects of Spring-Loading - Specifically on the Penis - Must Be Understood
Spring-loaded designs allow the penis to retract. During a stretching procedure, any retraction allows the tissues to go through a “rebound cycle”. This is a recovery process which occurs any time tissues are placed under tension and then released.
It’s very easy to defeat the springs as the body moves through different positions throughout the day. Every time the spring-loading is defeated the tissues go through a rebound cycle.
Rebound is an undesirable effect and cancels a portion of the effect of tension. Rebounding must be minimized during stretching, otherwise the time-under-tension can become futile. Spring-loaded designs make it virtually impossible to minimize rebound unless the user remains still during wear and guarantees the tension remains constant.

We believe it’s counter-productive to starve the penis tissue of oxygen, nutrients and cleansing while at the same time expecting to grow healthy tissue. The penis can become accustomed to, and adapt to static forces whereas spring forces are unrelenting. |

Spring-loaded designs aren’t limited to devices with mechanical springs. They also include sleeves which are commonly used with vacuum devices. When used as All-Day-Stretchers (ADS), the sleeve can act like a spring.
Our research indicates spring-loading adds many additional hours to achieve lengthening goals because of the inconsistent tension and the rebound cycles. This is not to say they can’t work. However, we believe these conditions may also lead to toughening of the tissues which can also increase the required time-under-tension.
That having been said, we have introduced what we feel is a brilliant compromise.
The medium and heavy-duty Stretchers now include unique precision-compression spring (PCS) assemblies. When used as directed, these assemblies produce exact tensions that cannot be defeated.
The PCS assemblies were originally developed to address lifestyle issues - the issues which prevent men from being able to wear a penis extender for the necessary periods of time.
Therefore, the PCS assemblies are used to maximize the effects of shorter wear times. But they must be used as directed to avoid the ill-effects of traditional spring-loading. The instructional videos describe how the assemblies are used.
The medium and heavy-duty Stretchers accommodate the PCS assemblies. Included with the Static Stretcher System are several weight amounts which range from 2 pounds to over 10 pounds. This translates to more than TRIPLE the tension over what any other extender offers.
